I have had my storage unit at the Extra Space Storage facility in Sandy, Utah since the spring of 2017. Since that time, I have consistently received fair, courteous, and prompt service and communication from the staff there. Brady, the facility manager, has been amazing to work with for the entire time I've had my unit. He is a excellent example of what customer service could and should be! Thank you for all you do for me and the other customers at your facility, Brady!
I had the most pleasant experience with this facility! I was in and out and had a unit in minutes, the facility is immaculate, clean, and amazing! And lemme tell you about Becky, she was the sweetest person ever, she was professional, and overall awesome! If you need a storage unit, I would recommend extra space storage to anybody! Josh at ExtraSpace storage was so welcoming & went out of his way to help us with our storage needs. This is the best place we have ever used to store our belongings. Their security system is too-notch, too. I highly recommend this storage company!
