Had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm in Wilmington. Jeff helped myself and my mother find a bed for our spare room, he was very helpful and insightful! Not like some other salesmen who make you feel like you're being swindled, Jeff made sure we got the best deal we could get. There were multiple customers in the store at the time and he made sure everyone got just the right amount of attention, not too overbearing, but around to answer any questions.
I had a really great experience buying my mattress from Jeff. He was knowledgeable, attentive, but also gave me plenty of time and space to try out my options. Highly recommend the Wilmington location. Delivery experience was great as well. Thanks Jeff!
