I believe this is the lowest craving I have given an establishment. It's not that the service was bad because it was fair. The rating is more because there was no selection of donuts while I was there (I am taking in consideration it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Monday) and also the coffee I ordered was not hot. This is completely not my usual experience with any DD I have visited. This was truly a unique experience.
You need to stop allowing delivery trucks to deliver during your busiest time in the morning! I would give you five stars if you didn't allow trucks to block your parking lot making it very difficult to get in and out of your parking lot! The drive through was backed up to HWY 21 almost and a truck was blocking the right side making it impossible to get out. STOP ALLOWING DELIVERIES IN MORNING!!!!!!
Service is hit or miss. Sometime great, other times horrible.nThe ONE thing you think they would get right is coffee. The seem to toggle between flavored creamers and syrups. One day, coffee is good, next day same order, tastes like cotton candy...
I personally live in NC as was traveling through. This dunking is the best I've ever encountered. It was all women and they were so proficient and professional and courteous which I know could be hard especially working on Thanksgiving morning. But they seemed truly happy and willing to be be there and the coffee was on point. I wish they worked at my local dunkin.
