Ordered a console online for in store pickup because their website said they had 3 in stock. I paid in full and thought everything was good to go. This was for my son’s birthday. They then cancelled my order on the day I was supposed to pick it up. When I called, they said they didn’t have any in stock and the website inventory is never right. Very frustrating as a customer. I called other locations that showed in stock inventory and was told they are all sold out and you can’t trust what the website says.
I'm kind of the old school gamer, and it's nice to have a place where I can go and find accessories and games for my old school systems. And finding a place that you can actually walk into an interact with the sales people is a plus in these days.
The guy with the Afro and glasses is very nice and helpful. Didn’t catch his name though
Rip off on games. Check at wal mart first. Same game cheaper prices.
