Went in today to ask for assistance with an existing phone. The two reps were with other customers while another guy sat behind the counter and told me “the girls with be with you shortly”. After waiting for 15 minutes one of the sales reps completely ignored me when she was done. When I asked her if she could help me - she said there was someone else signed in before me. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE! She had only asked my first name when I came in for the “que”. She proceeded to walk over to the other rep while she was completing a sale with the remaining customer - the free rep then came Tom me and said that they were working I retrieving my account information and that it would be a bit longer - when I asked her how she could do this without my full name much less my cell number - she rolled her eyes and said it would still be a few more minutes. I told her all I needed was a screen protector replacement and wanted them to recommend some types and assist - she said again it would be a minute. A couple walked in and she went directly to them .... I was furious. I always had a great experience with Sprint reps at this location but this crew today was horrible - I wasn’t a big sale, a big commission so she couldn’t take 2 minutes to help - all the while the big guy behind the counter never moved. Worthless!!!!

Every time o been that store before when it was a Sprint store in the past and everything was outstanding with the customer service.

My husband and I just upgraded our phones and were helped by a lovely girl, Taylor W. We took a good while, and she was very patient. She was very knowledgeable and was able to fix everything that came up. I definitely recommend this store, and their people.
