Dunkin’ is great, this location is not. The staff really make it an unpleasant visit every time. This location needs better customer service. Being polite, patient, and attentive can go a long way.
Friendly staff great coffee only issue i have is the way you have to go to use the drive through takes you through the roadway inn hotel parking lot and if you know the area you know that's not a place you want to be at after dark
Can’t refund mobile orders when it can’t be fulfilled. They’ll let you pick it up at another time though, but it’ll just be the wrong, incomplete order lmao Next time I’ll just go to Walmart. It’ll be less of a headache.
Fast friendly service line kinda long moved quickly tho 6 cars 10 min to order
