These have got to be the most friendliest upbeat people I have met in customer service in a very long time. Each and every time I go in there it is all smiles. I wish more businesses could take notes. Buying furniture is usually a headache but they sure make the process much easier and always with a smile. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy furniture to go to Cochran.
