Earlier this week my mother’s beloved cat, Moe, who was our family pet growing up, suddenly and unfortunately passed. We have never cremated a pet before, but we knew we needed to keep Moe near and dear to our family. Cremation seemed like a wonderful option but we weren’t sure how to go about it. We cannot begin to describe our appreciation for you! You all have been so kind, helpful, and compassionate in allowing us to heal from losing a loved one. You exceeded any expectations we had and we are so grateful. Having Moe back home with us and all the keepsakes you provided us in his memory will never be forgotten. On March 9 2021 our family pet Miss Bella (a rescue dog)passed away quietly at home it was late in the evening I waited to call on Wednesday morning I took her over to Faithfull Friends I was really surprised at how professional they were. On Friday morning I received a call saying Bella was ready to go home. The presentation was awesome nice urn in a beautiful bag with cards. I wish I could give these people 15 stars. Thanks for the excellent service.

I am absolutely devastated after my encounter with Faithful Friends Pet Cremation. It was hard enough to put my 13 year old cat down. I ordered a ceramic paw print and an expensive urn. The paw print was clearly not a real paw print. It looks like they used a stamp, realized that my cat had extra digits, so used the stamp again below the print. Everyone in the Vet's office was completely shocked by what I received. They said to open the card since there's usually an ink print. That looked horrible and smeared. The Vet's office called Faithful Friends and spoke with the owner who assured them that he would call me. I also called to tell them there was a problem and I wanted to speak with someone in charge. Apparently it was not important enough for someone to call me back. I am just heartbroken by what they did and since she was cremated there's no way to correct it. Now it has me wondering if that's even her in that urn! I spent a lot of money for this service and I absolutely regret using this company. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere where they actually care.nnEdit: I find it unprofessional that they decided to post their response in lieu of calling. They mention that I should sit down with their staff about this, but again, they don't return calls.

Faithful Friends treated my family and I with kindness and utmost compassion when dealing with the loss of our baby Ember. Even when called after 10 pm. The level of caring that it takes for people to have a job such as this has my greatest respect. You guys are amazing!

Faithful Friends have treated my babies with the up most respect and dignity. This past New Years Eve Chris and his wife picked up my sweet Scarlett. They treated her like family.
