Usually when it comes down to finding a storage area, you would need something close by with quick responses from the facility staff. Paul, the site manager, is extremely helpful to get you the right storage space in his facility. Paul was prompt in getting back to me with my request and walking with me through all the possible options. He assured that the even if the current storage space is not large enough he should be able to accommodate my stuff in a bigger unit.
Very nice and super helpful. Easy to move in and out very clean. Easy moving carts make it a breeze.
Just the best experience with Extra Space , especially the manger Paul Howley. He was helpful at every turn as i was cleaning out a storage locker as a result of a death in the family. I'd highly recommend this company and Paul at the Waltham location!
