The manager of this store was extremely rude to an employee right in front of me then wasn’t much nicer to me. His customer service was horrible and he was short with me for asking simple questions. I saw a female employee say she was running out for a minute to which he immediately started snapping at her and saying that she kept preventing him from getting work done and to make it quick. It was extremely unprofessional, and my husband and I felt sorry for the girl. This store definitely needs to speak with the manager.
Who I assume was the manager was extremely rude. A girl who was working at the time of our visit opened a drawer beneath the display and told us we were free to browse in it. When the manager came by and saw it he angrily said something along the lines of “this is our stock drawer it’s only for us”. We let him know that the woman told us otherwise, but that was fine and we understood. Instead of apologizing for her mistake and moving on, he chose to repeat himself that she was new and wrong and we were not to be in it. We chose to purchase elsewhere and won’t be back. I recommend the man check his attitude if he plans on remaining in a sales/customer service position. You are far from from nice and should probably be behind the scenes if you can’t learn to properly handle your stress or emotions. Hopefully the girl, who was extremely kind and made a simple mistake won’t face the brunt of his bad mood.
Visited this store today and got such an excellent customer service ! Very friendly, helpful and professional - I can fully recommend the store ! Thank you very much again!
Features a good selection of sunglasses. Not as much as a full size Sunglasses Hut store, but a good selection none the less.
The best service I had in Orlando. Great store.
