This location Marshalls .they have the liquor store .Market basket. So you you're there to do all kinds of shopping for holidays especially. It's nice you don't have to drive separate separate places.
Always a good experience shopping here. The staff are very helpful, especially Justina! She always knows where to find the stuff I need.
I am client to this branch since a long time and I love the varieties and the price cut I always see there. But for the 1st time I find such a professional customer service staff working there as I always complaint of the poor customer service in Waltham outlet! This staff was able to handle my anger in such a professional and smooth way inspite I was very nervous and disappointed! She was really nice and helpful and she didn't refer to her supervisor to solve my misunderstanding and I really liked this way of problem solving!nI think she may be new there as I've never met her before in this branch. I hope my appreciation could reach out to her supervisor or manger. As far as I remember she was standing in front of the cashier and her name was Nevin.
I just witnessed the manager at the front threaten a cashier that if she didn’t get someone to sign up for the TJX card before the end of her shift they’d have to “have a serious talk”. I used to work in retail and was encouraged to ask all customers to apply, but never threatened. Never mind that we are in the midst of a pandemic and people need to show compassion. Shame on you. Improve your incentives, threats don’t work!
