Professional and friendly service in a time of need. Obviously these folks deal with people that are not in the best of shape. They do so with professionalism and kindness. Their willingness to work at odd times makes a difficult time less traumatic.

We have all of our pets here, but the bromeliads around the butterfly garden make the mosquitoes SOO BAD we hardly can stand to go visit them. No matter how much bug spray, those bromeliads are just wretched breeding grounds for mosquitoes. The individual plots nearby don't have the same issue. Other than that, we appreciate the services given to us for reasonable and local options for our pets to be cremated and kept close.
