My brother-in-law passed earlier this month and Lee County Cremation Services was recommended for a simple cremation. The process was smooth and without any pressure you find sometimes at other funeral homes. Linda the Funeral Director explained everything in simple terms and worked diligently to make certain everything was completed to our satisfaction . I would highly recommend this place for any funeral needs.
July 2017 My brother passed away in Florida and I'm in Maryland. They were so pleasant. I was able to handle all the details with emails and phone calls. And I don't have to rush down there. Thank you Linda for all your help.
My dear husband , MaxE Ross passed away 6/9/13 at Hope Hospice.nI then retained Lee County Crematorium, which was the worst experience of my life. When I went to the office 9:00 AM, to make arrangements, there was a sign on the door, to return at 11:30 AM. I was never told that they made appointments...I assumed they had a full time staff. The staff consists of one woman Linda Fuller, who runs between 3 crematoriums, making promises to call back, but never does. I received a call Monday 6/17/13, stating that my husbands ashes would be delivered early afternoon Tuesday 6/18/13 at 1 PMnI was busy and then realized it was past five PM, and proceeded to call as to why I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery, or at the very least a courtesy call stating that a delivery would not be possible. I was then promised a delivery between 7 and 9 am, today 6/19/13. I got up with no sleep, 9 AM ..no delivery. I proceeded to call Linda Fuller., telling her how upset I was and she hung up on me!!nI intend to see that this company loses their license. I retained an attorney late yesterdaynnNEVER AGAIN SHOULD THIS HAPPEN TO SOMEONE IN MOURNING.nnPLEASE DO NOT RETAIN THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT AS I DOnnSHAME ON LEE COUNTY CREMATORIUM, FOR THEIR ABOMINABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!.nnJEAN ROSS
