I was so impressed with their service. Every person we talked to (support rep and driver) was kind and professional. They loaded all of my old furniture up quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Overall a great experience. Easy to schedule via app. Called for a small job to remove mattress the next morning before delivery of new mattress. Perfect coordination, on-time pickup, courteous and knowledgeable young men. I would use them again.

As an applicant as a hauler I submitted all of the required information, documentation, and photos over 3 weeks ago. I have yet to hear from them. It is impossible to get a phone number for the local office so I called an office in Burlington Massachusetts. The entire phone answering system seems to be computer-generated and it was difficult getting to a live person that I could inquire about my progress. I finally chose the best option available and ended up speaking with a polite it is very difficult to understand lady. She asked my name and made it appear as though she was checking on my status. Seriously, I don't believe she actually did so and she just placated me and told me it could take up to a month for a response. I understand it might be new however, I get the impression it's not yet ready for primetime. To be honest I get the sense it's sort of a shotty operation.
ok ok so at first I was like. is this real someone is going to go get a home gym that I bought from offer up and bring it to me and I can stay home and not break my back. But it is for real. Nice delivery guy Jeff and Hondo you guys were fantastic.
