I've been shipping with Estes for the past couple of years because the truck companies I had been using were inconsistent. Some days they'd pick up other days they wouldn't. Also more and more shipments were being delivered damaged because care was not being taken. I have had NO issues with Estes since partnering with them. Their transit times are spot on, not guestimates, the freight is treated with respect and most importantly my customers are receiving their goods in a non damaged, timely manner. I could not be happier with the service I have been receiving with Estes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about quality, cost and performance.

I work with a lot of LTL carriers on a daily basis and ESTES in Billerica has been a pleasure to work with. They are always helpful to resolve any issues I may have.

How do you loose a bathtub.nI was suppose to be delivered to me on Friday. The Tuesday prior they had it in this possession per tracking and they waited till Friday to tell me it's lost. Poor service
