Good place , good costumer service
Central continues to fall short of expectations. I highly recommend avoiding this carrier. Despite their low rates, it'll end up costing you more in the long run with damaged shipments and illegitimate charges. The freight claims department does not act in good faith, don't bother trying. Steer clear of this carrier! The photo shown has very clear damage... it was denied on technicalities. They could have done the right thing, they chose not to.
I decided to try out central despite recommendations otherwise. I had three loads go out that were well over the window given.nI had one three day and two one days, the real transit times were six, four, and four business days respectively.nNot only that but one of my loads was reclassified as three times the height of the physical product and bumped the density and shipping charge to almost three times the actual rate. They dont give any form of compensation for late deliveries. Will not be shipping Central again.
Kind staff, helpful and hardworking individuals. Attention to details and recruit competent safe fleet members. Just another day at the office.
Good company to ship with. Always takes good care of freight.
