If I could give 0 stars I would. After unexpectedly losing my sweet 15 month old kitten, pet angel was to provide a private cremation and paw print. Not only did they LOSE my cat, essentially meaning she was thrown away like trash, but they offered me my money back like they were doing me some sort of favor. Well fast forward 23 days and I have still not received my refund. On top of losing my pet a week before Christmas, then finding out on Christmas Eve that she was LOST, I now have to continue being traumatized by this company having to chase them for my money. At this point I intend to contact the police for theft.

Very unsatisfied with our experience at Pet Angel Memorial Center. As if burying your dog isn’t hard enough they made things very difficult. They asked for payment immediately before even picking up our pet. They said they would do the burial after a “14 day quarantine” due to the pandemic. During that period we called and left messages and only were told we would get a call back. They waited 28 days to bury our pet and only contacted us after we left multiple messages. I understand if they were busy and behind schedule but would have appreciated better communication during the process. I would not suggest this center to any of my friends or family. Would have rather buried him myself if we knew how long it would take for him to lay peacefully.

My wife and I had our cat Theo pass away from health complications. We contacted Rainbow Crossing and the owner was beyond wonderful! A wonderful lady that helped us move forward with cremating our baby. Our Theo was received in a wooden box and we also received a his paw print into a clay type of material.nnPets are family and this would my recommended business for laying your pet to sleep.nnBless you all ud83dude4f

Never in my life have I met a group of people that were truly amazing and a blessing. Every single person showed us compassion. I lost my service dog of 12 years. Diesel was my absolute best friend every step of the way. Thousands of miles on the road, seeing everything this life has to offer, being on boats to planes, and everything in between. From the start of this process all the way to the end, rainbow crossing pet memorial gave us closure, were so sincerely honest and just good people. Gilbert & Jen are truly amazing people. I will cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. From our hearts, we cannot thank you both enough.
