The whole process with Floor Coverings Int. went perfectly. They promptly scheduled a visit, arrived on time and gave me a very affordable quote for new carpet installation. The installers were professional and careful with moving my furniture and paid a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend the company and would definitely hire them again for future projects.
I scheduled a consult with Floor Coverings International - Concord MA for 9 AM on a Saturday. Nobody showed up. I contacted the company several times between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, and each time I was given a runaround about how somebody was on their way. Nobody ever showed up, nobody even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. This is not a company I could do business with.
