My boyfriend and I walked in to mattress Firm with to purchase a king-sized mattress today. We had two options in mind from what we had seen online. Randolph approached us asking a few questions about what we were looking for and let us try out the two different mattresses we saw online. He then suggested we try a third option that perhaps we didn’t consider - the memory foam mattress. We both felt it was the better option of the three and purchased it without hesitation. Great store with a customer-focused approach. Thank you, Randolph!

Went in and spoke to Randy, he was so kind and helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable. I went in for 1 pillow ended up with 2 and then almost bought a bed on top of that. He's a great sales man with a fantastic personality. I would recommend strongly if you are in the market.

I am very happy with the service I received from all 3 employees at this Burlington location. Fantastic service and I got exactly what I needed and more in buying a bed frame there. You will get undivided attention at this location which is key. I highly recommend!

Recently purchased a McFarland firm mattress and box spring from this location and I couldnt be happier with the purchase and also with the A+ service. I came into this store on a whim and met with the store manager shawn he was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I never felt rushed even with other customers in the store.After a few questions he knew exactly what was the best choice. A few days later I had a new mattress and box spring. Im very glad I went to this location.
