Remodeling my kitchen, checked website and drove from keene nh to shop for kitchen lighting. Called phone number and switch board operator although polite and apologetic informed me that nobody would come and let us in. Nobody came to talk to us at all. Covid or not, this is shifty customer service and I will shop somewhere else and I will actively tell everyone I know about this terrible experience

Alia was very knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested waiting a month for a new model to be released and she was right. She had everything available that we wanted, gave a very competitive quote and delivered on time. Once we decided we had made the wrong decision on a couple of plumbing fixtures, Ferguson's was very accommodating and very helpful. Other staff stepped up when Alia was not in the store. Great overall experience.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Not pushy and attentive to your needs.
Maybe a greeting and pro active to help customer is needed in this store...
