Doyon’s and their team member, Jay, excelled in customer service from start to finish. Jay worked with us to find the fridge that would suit our family’s needs best, completed the ordering process seamlessly, and delivered our beautiful new fridge right to the kitchen! In a time where COVID is a first concern, Jay took all the necessary precautions to ensure our family was safe during the delivery. We felt very safe with him in our home and appreciated his down to earth approach met with professionalism.nThe fridge was a perfect fit and the team at Doyon’s made sure it was set up correctly and ready for immediate use. Doyon’s prices were competitive to others and after the great experience I had, I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else!

Jake came to check my brand new washing machine this past Friday. He was polite, professional, and checked many options, and considered many possible causes. He listened to my natter about tattoos and why the service team was going to think I was crazy when I called again. He let me know I could call anytime for the next 3 years, the warranty period. After he left, the machine working perfectly after nothing wrong was identified, I realized turning off the basement light stopped the machine. Ask for Jake for your next service call.

Gerry was great always a pleasure to see him he truly knows his product and is very informative. He is very knowledgeable, not only did he fix our dishwasher he taught us how to properly maintain it in the future.

I was quite disappointed when the interior lights in the refrigerator compartment of our brand new Viking appliance stopped working five minutes after installation. I called Doyon’s and they sent a service man the very next day. I was pleased that he was following all precautions for Covid, and even more pleased that he correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back when he said he would. He was careful to not disturb my husband who is working from home, and fixed the problem. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Jerry!
