Great service and neat store. Manager was easy to talk to and not pushy. We went in with a purpose but she showed us some new items to check out.

Bose is a great product, probably worth every penny but you will need A LOT of pennies. There were great displays that really demonstrate their awesome sound quality. The sales team was a little pushy, and tried every angle to convince me that I needed a new Bose wave radio. Still, I enjoyed looking around.

Really an amazing staff. While in Delaware for a wedding, I saw a Bose store and had to stop in to look for something I needed. I was greeted right away was able to describe how my lifestyle system had endured a lightning strike and needed an amp for the auxiliary port to power my out door speakers. Meghan the store manager got on the computer searching for the very hard to find amp and Bam she found one somewhere up north. I was able to pay for it and it's being shipped to the house. It was so easy and I felt like the most important customer in the store. I will buy from again when I need something or when we upgrade. Thanks for the great service!!
