Called to ask if there was a product there that I was looking for and the woman who answered didn't even bother looking just said no instantly. One of the least helpful people I have ever experienced in my life.
Very clean and tidy store. The staff is friendly and continuously sanitizes the carts and entryway.nLooks like merchandise has been reduced to broaden aisles and enable customers to keep their distance.
The staff was really helpful and courteous. The only problem was the lack of selection.
Great homegoods with a nice selection.
The customer experience wasn’t good. No one spoke to me or asked if I needed any help for the entire hour I spent in the store. I was there around 4PM so not like they were about to close, and there was plenty of staff that I passed by. Not what I usually expect from a HomeGoods store. Just acknowledging customers can go a long way!
