Being a former certified Customer Service Representative, I'm always looking for excellent customer service. I can truly say Carlton and Jayquan, at the Franklin Store provide such service.
The Roses Department Store in Franklin, Va was a great help with assisting me with buying my first kitchen table. The help me from start to finish. I appreciate there time and helping me get it in car. The furniture department is awesome as has some nice selections for all home styles. Carlton and Jaquan are the best with selecting your next piece of furniture for your place.
Roses Flooring and Furniture Department is really helpful and take time with customers in the store that come to there department and they are also hard working men in the roses store in Franklin
Great people great service they very kind and answered all the questions I could possibly have will be back highly recommend to all my friends and family
