I go to big lots furniture looking for a desk what do u know they have one fo 100 so then I tell the worker I will take it he tells me that he will se if there are any in stock so I say ok he goes and looks only to come back and tell me that are all sold and I cant get one remind you i dont shop Walmart cause of all the hassle and bs they do and also have cash on hand so i say well i will take.the display one he says he cant so i say this to big lots since everytime i come in there you either dont have what i need or its some other excuse so tired of hearing excuses from places I do business with what happen to the good old days were hard work ruled and the customer got what they asked for no matter what with no excuse so from now on I will no longer shop with you just like I dont Walmart and several other places that seem to have nothing but excuses for customer care anymore instead of having solutions like they should
We went in for a new sofa but the matching chair was out of stock. Sallie is amazing! She went above and beyond to make us happy. Big Lots has had my loyalty for years because of their fantastic customer service. Today is no exception. They're wonderful! ud83dude18
Very well stocked and very clean store as compared to a few other Big Lots stores. People are very friendly snd helpful.
