I wasn't expecting to find a Badcock furniture store up here in Virginia but to my surprise they do.(We have them here in Florida) I stopped in and Was Immediately Greeted By a person named Robert. He handed me a sales flyer and proceeded to tell me about their In house financing and plans. (By the way he was very friendly and knowledgeable) I walked the store a bit and it reminded me alot like home. Beautiful decor and furniture as always! I highly recommend this location and Robert in particular as well as Badcock in general and will definitely continue to shop with them in the future.
Very pleased and satisfied!nI bought a mattress for my son and Brooke from the Fairlawn store in Virginia was very helpful. She shared deep knowledge of the products helping me make the perfect decision on the best mattress for my son. She answered all my questions and was always respectful making the customer feel like a priority. I will definitely be back for more, maybe a living room suite? :)
Went in and talked to Robert about a lift chair. He knew all about them. Helped us a lot, and tried to work with my budget. Gonna bring my dad in this weekend to try one out. Prices really good on lift chairs there.
Nice store, clean, good selection. Robert was helpful and showed me with what was available now to order or get from their bargain room.
I wouldn't even put one star if it was possible. The way the employee's act is embarrassing for the whole company. Completely unprofessional. Rude. They cuss dramatically and make fun of customers, i am just in total disbelief. Even the manager herself is just always cussing, being disrespectful. It's a shame, really.. If you want customer service they will quite literally tell you they don't care and then laugh at you. Disgusting.
