I enjoy getting my haircut here. Manoca is very friendly and professional along with the rest of her team. Online scheduling is easy to use and my appointment has always been on time. Great Local Business we have enjoyed since moving to Blacksburg.

My lash experience was not pleasant at all. Walking into the salon and lying down on a chair bed were all good. Sticking the lashes was really fast, in like 25 minutes. However the glue was not completely dried before she tried to remove the white paper around the lashes. My previous lash specialist would wait till the glue on the lashes to be dried before pulling out the white papers. But she did not.nnWhat happened was the lashes sticked on the paper and wont come off. It was extremely uncomfortable and my real lashes got pulled out too. My eyes started watering and won’t stop. I was told it was NORMAL and it happened to everyone. I was pretty scared to be honest because it never happened to me. I have done lashes in many different places before. But this, the whole process was not right and she did not do her best to fix it either. When I left the store, My lashes still got white glue on it and I had to pull out because it’s hurting. I was not getting any apologies afterwards either although I was obviously not comfortable at that time. It could be a long day for someone who worked at Salon and people make mistakes but I did not see the effort she tried to make it right. I still left tips for this bill because I respected anyone who had to work onsite during this critical time.nnBut It was still upset and disappointed. Like I said, it could be an accident throughout her all lash projects and a unfortunate for me, but the adjustment I was expecting did not happen.

Julia did an amazing job on my hair today. I can’t thank her enough for the great job she did with my long layers. She took the time to ensure the cut was exactly like the pictures I showed her and I was comfortable with the cut.nnWhen I got home my husband even commented on how great it looked! Will be going back for another cut. :)

Emily ALWAYS does an awesome job on my lash extensions. She is very professional and knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her!
