Unfortunately my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled four times. It’s hard to give someone a bad review when services weren’t even completed, but as a paying customer I felt the endless canceling of my appointments to be very unprofessional. If you are looking for a great Brazilian The Beauty Lab in Christiansburg is fabulous and I highly recommend!
I went for my first Brazilian ever and was honestly hella nervous. This was a better experience than I ever could have imagined! She was so friendly and patient and put me completely at ease. I am a pain weenie and I'm being completely honest when I say that it hardly hurt at all with zero residual pain. I feel more confident and my skin feels amazing. I'm already in love and will never go back to anything else. Thanks so much!! ♥ufe0f
Honestly the lady is so nice and it's not awkward at all. If it's your first visit, dont worry, she is really knowledgeable about the process, different kinds of wax, aftercare, and potential side effects plus how to deal with any side effects! I would definitely recommend this place.
Jenna is amazing!! I’ve been seeing her for something like two years now, and I’d recommend her to anyone. She tests all her products on herself before she issues them, she’s always looking for new and better products, and she really cares about making sure you get the best. Never had any issues with sanitation/infection like some other places near Blacksburg. If you’re in the area she’s the only option I would recommend.
Jenna is amazing! I drive from Roanoke once a month because it is totally worth it. Jenna uses hard wax for bikini area (quick a painless brazilian) and I don't think anyone has ever been so thorough in waxing my legs. Her services are also really reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend!!
