I had been anxious about the prospect of mattress shopping and worried about pushy sales people. That was the farthest from the truth. We were greeted and never felt any pressure what so ever. The sales associate respected our budget and was knowledgeable about all of the products. I would highly recommend mattress firm in Christiansburg to anyone in the market for a new mattress.
We got an amazing deal on an amazing mattress and adjustable base. The saleswoman, Jenifer, was so helpful, kind and respectful. Such a great deal it would’ve been hard to say no. Can’t wait to get off our old sagging mattress when our new one delivers next week!
TAYLOR HURST was great to deal with as was the young lady with her. Even when the computer wouldn't let her deliver the two mattresses we brought to our home that was only 18 miles and other companies would deliver we still bought from her as she went out of her way to be sure we recieved a great price and customer service. Great job on her part. Not much for the company some customers would have just left and gone to Va Furniture Mart who would have del free and took old mattresses off. Thank you.
