I stopped to shop for a garden rake and a leaf rake but I wasn't sure where to find them. Before I had a chance to ask someone, a very nice young man, Zach, asked if I needed help finding something. He didn't just tell me what aisle the rakes were, he took me to them, and showed me several different rakes explaining which were the best. I accomplished my task of buying two rakes and it didn't a long time either. I am very pleased with these rakes. Thank you Lowe's for hiring Zach!
Terrible. No help in the departments, arrogant assistants, worst place to shop.
The young lady that works in the flooring department is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and provides great suggestions and feedback to all of your questions. She's extremely helpful and makes shopping there very pleasurable. Lowe's, my advice to you is keep her forever! She's great!
Hard to find an associate to help you
Variety of seasonal items. But the cashier was not wearing a mask, was coughing, and walked around the plastic partion to scan our items inside our cart.
