I'm beginning to believe this business doesn't even exist as I've been trying to contact them for well over a year now - TO NO AVAIL. Not a single call back or least bit of acknowledgement/concern. I've called multiple times, left voicemails, and texted (per answering machine). If they were affected by Covid, I am sorry to hear that - but at the VERY least, use your answering machine to reflect such changes instead of making it seem as if this is a legit business. You have not responded to the 7 voicemails, 4 website emails, and 2 Facebook PM's that I've sent over the last year and a half in an effort to contact you to make an appointment. In effect, the BBB will be adding this communication issue to their public records. Additionally, I will be writing online reviews as well as posting here and elsewhere to warn others in our community about your dishonest business practices.nnYou have taken $104.25 from our family and have refused services over the last year and a half of trying to get in contact with you to make an appointment. Thus, you have stolen our money.nnMy husband saved up and gave me this gift certificate for my birthday. It was a special gift from him to me. You should be ashamed.
