My friend and I decided last minute we wanted pedicures tonight and found a place that said they were open til 8 on google so we get there at 7 and they’re closed already and watched us try to open the door and ignored us. We then called 3 other places who said they weren’t taken anyone else tonight even tho they were open til 8. We finally called Special nails and spa and they said for us to come on in, so at 730 they took us both and even 3 other people. They were fun and pleasant the entire time and did an amazing job. They didn’t rush even tho it was closing time for them. We sat for a few to let them dry and even at 8:30 when we were leaving they said they didn’t think they were dry enough but if we left and they messed up to come back tomorrow and they’d fix them for FREE! We will definitely be going back again and again!! This place was awesome!

I haven't been to this establishment yet, but I sit hear and read the reviews and can't help but to laugh.. people are on here complaining about nail dust and dirty towels, using the same bit on every customer or bleeding because they file to hard... Unless they are holding you hostage, its your own fault for sitting there and receiving their services. You could have walked out or told them you wanted a clean towel or a new bit or said something about them filing to hard and making you bleed but you didn't you sit there and had the work done and waited to complain on a review. Truly sad

I love it!! The man in the back is amazing I think his name is tommy, but he knows exactly what size i want. But the manager there isnt so nice. He filed the side of my nail down so hard that it was bleeding. He SAW me bleeding and continued to file. Unprofessional.

The chairs and nail stations are not being wiped clean with sanitizer between clients. Holly did my nails and I noticed she was using the same gross towel for every client. The nail stations were covered in nail dust and old nail pieces and she still had me sit down like the station was ready. She proceeded to use the same dirty dremel to file my nails that she used on the previous client. What if others client’s had been cut and blood drawn and transferred a disease to me? Or other clients? It’s really disgusting in general but during a PANDEMIC this is atrocious. The area to place you nails under UV light was gunked with nail polish and not clean. The same cheap nail file that looked disgusting was used and the brush to dust off hands is used for every client too...They have signs saying the employees have been trained to sanitize. What a JOKE.
