Genaro responded professionally and promptly to our inquiry about a liner reset. While they are busy, he worked out a schedule that was beneficial to both of us. And he/his crew showed up on time. While onsite, Genaro answered a myriad of questions from myself as a new pool owner. He and his crew did a good job and the pool looks great and is operational. I look forward to working with Unique Pools and Spas again and will recommend them to friends/colleagues.

This is review is based off a pool kit installation (not purchased from this company) and concrete work for around the inground pool.nnDo not reccomend for these task. Suggest researching this company before making any decision. Check Better Business Bureau site ( D Grade) You should also check DPOR (for verification of the company license)( Not licensed to do concrete work per DPOR )The companies response to the negative reviews speaks volumes( Facebook and elsewhere). Learn from our mistakes. Almost a year ago this project started with said company and while we do have a pool to swim in it has issues. Concrete work that was done left concrete on the actual pool liner.The concrete is also not finished correctly and is not straight.  We have no idea the long term affects this will have on our liner. Communication was and is  none existent with owner. Issues still have not been corrected and after multiple attempts to communicate with owner, all have gone ignored. Do your research before choosing this company..

Genaro and the crew did a great job replacing our old liner and skimmers. They communicated the schedule and kept to it. They also pressure washed the deck around the pool leaving everything clean and neat when they finished.

The pool builder I hired to build my pool left me with no automatic cover for 3 months , I was left hanging with no solid answer about when I’ll be receiving a cover to final inspect my pool , I found unique pool and spa , I send a request Sunday night after business hours , Genero the owner received my request and contacted me Monday morning (Memorial day ) During Covid19 pandemic he came to my house , prepared with forms and masks in the afternoon to do his measurements for the cover , Tuesday morning my cover order was placed and sent to manufacture, I can not express or explain how impressed I am with such service. This company is a life saver , the owner really went above and beyond my expectation , he promised me an excellent quality pool cover and motor , he will stand behind his product for service and warranty. Months of stress and aggravations dealing with my pool builder were washed away seeing Genero and his Unique Pools and Spa , I’m looking forward to see my auto cover installed in a week or so.
