One of the most relaxing experiences of my life. You know how pleasant and calming sitting on a beach without a care in the world is? Well, coming here was like 10x better than that. It was a state of bliss and relaxation that is hard to come by when you mind just can't 'shut off'.nnI cannot recommend Old Mechanicsville Health Spa more highly. Brandi and Brianna are fantastic.

Brandi did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment plan for the session. My skin felt wonderful! It’s a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with a medical tx available if wanted without a doctor’s office environment. I will definitely return !

Just recently switched from a traditional skin regime to Natural, Healthy products. Brandi took the time to listen to my needs and create a skin regimen that makes my skin feel great, my wallet happy and my heart feeling like I am doing the right thing. OMHS is truly the best. I had the worst neck and upper shoulder pain for days and I finally decided I needed a massage because nothing else was working. I was able to schedule a trigger point massage for the next day easily online. Walking into Old Mechanicsville Health Spa was immediately relaxing in itself, with aromatherapy and soft music playing. Briana was able to work out some of the worst kinks I had after asking about my pressure preferences and explaining what she was going to be doing. I wanted to cry because of the relief I had. I will definitely be back again!

Had a nice massage very relaxing. Very pleasant atmosphere, Brandi is very good massage therapist!
