**Edit from 2 stars to 5 stars**nAlthough my experience with Andy was not pleasant, I am more than happy with the way the situation was handled after. I was able to get my nails redone at no extra cost. I am much happier with the overall shape, look, and feel of the nails that Nikki provided. As always, her service was phenomenal and I will continue to keep supporting this salon as long as Nikki is available.nnI just received a manicure from Andy this evening and it was the worst experience I’ve had at this salon. From the minute we walked in he was impatient and rude. I reiterated multiple times what color I wanted and that I wanted one portion matte, no design, nothing complicated, just two accent nails and the rest matte red. He rushed me by shaking and clapping while picking my colors and then rushed through the entire process while getting glue and pieces of nail stuck to my fingers. The overall appearance was poor and he started watching a soccer game on his phone while doing my nails. Not once did he remove any of the dead skin around my nails and two of my nails are glued on completely crooked. There is excess gel build up under my nails that wasn’t removed either. Andy very obviously got mad when I asked him to re do one nail that was not fully painted and bubbled. He forgot to make my nails matte and got obviously angered again when I asked him to fix it. He didn’t even put any kind of cuticle oil on and didn’t even let me grab my phone or things before sitting another person in my chair. This experience cost me $49 without a tip, which was way too much for a poor set of nails. I rated two stars because this is a good salon and my main nail technician Nikki is incredible, also Don did my friend’s nails and was extremely courteous and did an amazing job.

I have been here several times since I moved trying to see if I'm just getting the wrong person. For starters all but one or two of the people there are Extremely rude, especially the guys. Everytime I've been in, I get nothing but attitude because I don't want gel polish. As mentioned by another customer they all stay on their airpods completely ignoring the customers. I went in before Christmas for a completely new set and I couldn't get the guy to cut my nails to fingertip length. He actually ignored me and left them Extremely long because he said they would look better. Needless to say I broke 2 before a week was up. Back in today for a fill and to have them shortened and they left a lot of filing partials on the ends of my tips, when I asked to have it filed off...... again nothing but attitude. They charge way to much to be treating customers badly.

I don’t really know names, but the girls were lovely when working on my feet. When she left to do something else, one of the male workers took over....and didn’t put on gloves...ud83dude10
