I took my 3 year old neice to get her baby finger nails painted for easter. I paid $25 for gel polish for her tiny nails just so she could have different colored easter nails. She done so well while getting them done and was so proud of them then the polish completely came off the next day and when her mom took her back up there they said she would have to pay again because it was normal because the little girl had to pick it off. She didnt do anything but wash her hands. She cried when the polish came off. Will never ever do business with them again!!!!

The girl who did a fill in for me made every one of my nails bleed. She burned my fingers with the drill. And laughed when I told her she was actually hitting my finger and not the nail. They waited until AFTER we were done to tell us the card machine was “broken” so we would have to go to ATM. then when we did go, the man stared at us the entire time, I guess to make sure we wouldn’t run off. All of my nails are crooked also. Not filed correctly. And they charged me $40 for. Fill in.

I have been here a few times and every time time I go I experience the same problems. There price depends on there mood and I get over charged almost every time I go. They are so unprofessional when it comes to dealing with one person at a time I have been left half way done just for them to go to another customer and take care of them. On the bright side the nail shapes are really good. But the cons out weigh the pros by far.

my sister and i got our nails done. mine was $65 which i understand because i got white powder and they’re long with matte top coat. my sisters on the other hand was $50. she got them short and painted white. they tell you a price and then up the charge. her nails were worth $35.

My daughter and I had our nails done here on Saturday, although the lady who did mine done a wonderful job the person who did my daughter’s did a horrible job. I wish I had seen them before we had paid. We had also Ben told the price range was$35-$45 and when we paid it was $123. I wouldn’t have paid $5 for the mess on my daughters nails and it turned out they didn’t even do what she had wanted. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!!!
