Been going there for years been to some of other places around winchester they are the best, karl charges extra but it's worth the other are good but he is the best

If you're a parent or teacher (or both!) you need Blue Ridge Massage Therapy! I did an hour long session of massage therapy with some reflexology to relieve tensions from day to day life and I haven’t felt this great in a while. Mary’s expertise is phenomenal and melts away any stress and muscle soreness. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

My hour here was just what I needed! My neck and shoulders were so tight and painful when I got there and when I left I felt almost euphoric, I had a new spring in my step. Later tonight, I was a little sore, but in a good way. My body is so happy right now. I highly recommend getting a massage here, Mary Stamps is so nice and definitely knows what she’s doing! I’m going to book another session as soon as possible.

Mary is incredibly intuitive when it comes to finding the tension and trouble spots on the body. Her suggestions about how to heal and maintain health using massage as integrative medicine have been incredibly helpful for me. I’ll be a customer for life and cannot recommend her highly enough!
