Went in for a pedicure,so friendly, professional! So very relaxing, water temp was perfect. No rush,very casual and I am going back for another pedicure and manicure. Treat yourself to a very much deserved day at the spa. I know you will be going again. Maybe we can meet there!
Kim Hoang and Linn Hoang run a tight ship. They are personable, clean, have reasonable prices and can almost always take you when you need to be there!!! And they do a GREAT job at creating a happy, nurturing environment to enjoy your experience!!!
Lotus is wonderful. They are very clean and friendly and have a huge selection of colors. I recently made an appointment now that salons have reopened in phase one of covid, and I was really impressed by their spacing and sanitation.

I have no idea how this place has anything close to 4 stars. I gave it a good “go”, too. At least 4 different times because it’s super close to home and seemed popular. People are either lazy or pay no attention to sanitation. It’s disgustingly dirty at the nail tables. So much dust and grime on everything! They share tools and supplies without cleaning them first. The rags that hang over the pedicure baths are rung out after use and used again for the next victim. There’s no money put into cleanliness in this place and the nail work is anything but impressive as well. Sorry, I don’t give negative reviews unless it’s something like this where fungus and diseases can easily be transferred from one person to another. That’s kind of a big deal. ud83dude15
