Went in for half set of lashes. Autumn was quick and did a lovely job. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it was the humidity, or maybe allergies, but the lashes definitely fell off quickly. I called them and they were very easy to work with, offering me a fill, and then when I couldn't get in, refunded the full amount. Super professional and I'll definitely try again once the weather is more stable!

I have been to Charlottesville Skin and Lash three or four times now. The first time, I left ecstatic with my lashes only for them to be mostly gone within one week. I reached out to the owner, who was very accommodating and I was so gracious that they gave me a complimentary fill, which lasted about a week and a half to two weeks. Fast forward to last week, when I went in for another fill with a different esthetician. It was a Friday, and I mean it completely when I say that by the next Saturday (8 days) I had ZERO lashes left. I have had many many sets of lash extensions from various studios and never have I had such poor quality lashes. I can usually get away with 3-4 weeks before a fill, and a set will usually last me 6 weeks before all extensions are gone If I do not get a fill. I am very well versed in the aftercare and tips to maximize extension life, but even when I wear goggles in the shower and when washing my face, cleaning multiple times a day, and no eye makeup -- the extensions I receive from this studio are absolutely not worth the money. The one star comes from their friendly and relaxing environment and staff, but look elsewhere for quality, worthwhile extensions.

Love my lashes! I got hybrid lash extensions for first time for my birthday and they turned out better than I imagined. My sister got a lash lift and she loves it. We came from Harrisonburg and it was worth the drive.

THE BEST place in town to get eyelash extensions! I moved to Charlottesville from New York and had a really hard time finding a lash technician. So far I have seen two of the girls in this studio and they’re great! My lashes look natural and not heavy. Love them!

I was really disappointed in my experience here prior to my engagement pictures. They were half an hour late getting started which almost made me late for my pictures. More importantly their work looked nothing like a picture I showed from a time I’d had my makeup professionally done in the past. The products they used highlighted my wrinkles instead of concealing them. I would not recommend them for a wedding or photoshoot.
