Lorrie greeted us when we walked in. She didn't ambush us at the door like some places do. She was extremely professional. Explained the difference between different levels of mattress and gave us realistic options. We were serious buyers and made our choice. We purchased a full size mattress, box spring and frame which were delivered when promised. The delivery system worked perfectly just as Lorrie described. We received a recorded call the night before to give us the time frame, and received a text message before they arrived. They set the bed up in our upstairs bedroom in a minimum of time. The delivery guys were polite and courteous. We purchased a great Serta Sleeper and the price seemed pretty reasonable, around $700 including tax, the best frame and delivery. Lorrie also followed up the next day by phone to assure our satisfaction. This was much appreciated. My wife and I highly recommend Lorrie and this store.
Lorrie was fantastic in helping us. She listened well, provided detailed information that I did not know, and arranged for quick delivery of exactly what we wanted. I could not ask for better.
