Went in today to shop for a couch. Mike Ferrell greeted us as we walked in and offered us assistance. He gave us time to look around and shop on our own, but periodically came back to see if we had any questions. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. We did end up purchasing a. couch and would definitely go back if needed more furniture. Overall, a very good experience.
I am very pleased with the service, I received. They even worked a deal to only $45 from an online competitor.nnOnly needed to put 10% down and balance not due until delivery. My family will love the Homestretch reclining sofa and the rocker recliner.nnThe protection plan is reasonable and if not utilized in the 5 years, it is refunded as store credit.
I bought an adjustable base and king mattress at Grand and the bedroom furniture elsewhere. While I’ve had the bed for over a month, the furniture arrived yesterday. This is when I became aware that the base did not come with the brackets for the headboard. Grand was grand and assured me they would get the brackets to me and take care of attachments. I’m very pleased with their responsiveness.
Thanks to Sharon I was able to find the perfect sleeper couch and recliner to fit my needs. I did not overwhelmed at all and was easily able to come to a decision. Great prices and financing options.
What a nice experience. Today we went in expecting to just look, and ended up buying a new sofa and 2 chairs. We were greeted by Robbie and allowed to meander on our own. It didn't take us long to find something we liked and in s matter of 15 minutes, we were getting just what we wanted. They even found a match to the chair we preferred in another warehouse. I m the past, I always felt that their prices were too high and the styles too formal for my tastes and budget but that was not the case today. Fast friendly service, great prices and a relaxed, non pushy approach. Much appreciated
