Store was open, well lighted, clean and sales personnel were pleasant. They let me roam the store without hovering so I could just browse. Later that day after taking some final measurements at home I called the store to order and item I saw. Ordering by phone was quick and easy.
Melanie was great to work with via phone and helped make the order process easy. She followed up to let me know the delivery date ETA and I was appreciative for her time. Will definitely work with this team again in the future.
Cindy and Kathryn took a lot of time to help me decide what to purchase. We never felt rushed and the information helped us narrow down to what would work for our room. They are both very pleasant and kind.
