If I could give 0 stars I would. The furniture itself seems decent, and they have a large variety/selection. While the sales team is nice, I would triple check the piece of furniture you are buying is available. I found a couch I liked, was told it was available only to find out it had already been sold. The saleswoman I was working was very nice and had someone call another store. I was told it was available there, I could purchase the couch that day, and they would call on Monday with an update. My card was charged for over $1,000 and then Monday came and went with no call. I had to call Tuesday and was told the couch was unavailable. Very upsetting that no one thought to call me after getting charged over $1,000 for a couch that didn't exist. I asked to speak to a manager because while each person was polite there was obviously a breakdown in team communication. He offered an apology, and then just tried to sell me another couch.... doubt I will go back.
Erica was a great salesperson. She had great knowledge of the products we were looking to purchase. She was always available if we had questions, but did not hover over us or try to make us feel pressured. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy furniture.
Eileen was our sales person. She was very helpful and not at all pushy. She helped us to get exactly what we came in for and also helped save us money with the current sale that was going on. Michelle, who processed my purchase, was also very helpful and had a very nice personality. My furniture is being delivered in less than a week! I am happy I went to Schewels!!
They were kind courteous and knowledgeable...we explained what we were looking for and Erica led us to the perfect solution. The chest is well made and attractive. We are happy customers.
Selection is fairly good in a wide range of styles. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable, and much better than most other stores.
