Stopped in to get some bubble wrap and Shinkansen wrap to protect my drums in my home. Two complete kits with cymbals and hardware. I also have seven snare drums and many accessories. Finally, I have a home recording studio. Very large investment and each individual instrument must be protected.nGreat find!
I have been a customer and unit rental for many years in Ayer. I am leaving a high rating because I have seen a MAJOR change in the way this facility is being run. I require storage and this is the best local place, however prior to Arthur becoming the GM I only used the unit stayed away from talking to GM. That has all changed, the improvements and the personnel are SO MUCH BETTER and adding individual door alarm security means I may rent another unit.
Scott, provided me with excellent service, very knowledgeable regarding moving box sizes , he even loaded them into my vehicle for me!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at any store I've even been to . I'm 37 years old and have traveled the country and used Uhaul a lot over the year but this was not only the best experience at a Uhaul it was the best of any store I've been to. Both Doug and Arthur are the most helpful and polite people I've run into. Bent over backwards to help me out in a very difficult time. Thank you to them .
