I am very unhappy with the delivery service from AM Transportation. I had a delivery scheduled for this during a time at which I could not be home. I called to see if it could be delivered later or earlier that day and was told that someone would call me. The delivery never came, no one called me, and I had to call them back twice before I found out that it is now scheduled TWO WEEKS LATER. This is not acceptable. Someone should have reached out to me. If I had known that it would take two weeks later, I would have made arrangements for someone to be home. I am very unhappy!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst shipping company ever. Don't miss their phone call, If you do & call back 5 minutes later they will not answer and then cancel the delivery. 2 weeks I've been trying to get a TV to my house. I gave up and sent to back.nnIf you do answer the policy is the TV then sits on a truck for 2 days driving all around, Easily being susceptible to damage.
