Wonderful moving company! The smoothest move I’ve ever had ... all of our possession were handled and delivered with ease and professionalism. They adjusted to some last minute changes in our move as well. Highly recommend ud83dude0a
From the beginning there were issues. Within a few days of my move out I was asked to postpone the date because of a driver emergency which meant I wouldn’t be there. Then after waiting 12 days for my things to be delivered I suddenly get an email from the move coordinator stating that the estimate was off by about 1000 lbs, she didn’t know what happened, but was going to charge my card an additional $1300. . I would have expected this kind of thing from a small discount mover but not a reputable national chain. My estimated items and the delivered items were similar so how could they be off by that much? I have moved cross country several times and never had an experience like this. I will never recommend or use this company ever again!
