Very unprofessional. Waited for 30 minutes just for them to cut my hair for 15 minutes. Showed her a picture of what I wanted my haircut to look like and my hair came out nothing like the picture. She insulted the color of my hair the entire time she was cutting it. Worst hair salon I’ve ever been to.

Jackie is an amazing hair stylist and cosmotoligist. The magic she has done to my hair goes beyond words. Jackie is so kind, caring and down to earth. Her level of professionalism and exemplary skill set is a hidden gem. We cant forget Ana whose gentle hands makes blow drying hair an art and so relaxing!nnThank you Jackie and Ana for bringing life back to my hair!

Terrible experience in this salon. Jackie the owner did my hair and completely ruined it. I've had the same highlights in my hair for the past years because I loved being blonde and I decided to branch off to another hair stylist, worst decision I could have made. She did not do what I asked her to do to my hair, instead of highlights she made my hair orange. When I went back the next day and respectfully asked her to fix what she had done because I was an unsatisfied customer, she was extremely rude, and tried to charge me for fixing my hair that she ruined. Again, I respectfully said I would not pay because I was not a satisfied customer and she should correct her mistake. She then proceeded to do my hair and left the bleach in for 55 minutes while she left four other peoples hair with dye as well. My highlights were terrible, chunky, because she did not try or care at all. My hair is now in recovery because most of my highlights BURNED OFF and I had to dye my hair completely brown and spend more money at another salon so they can fix her mistake. Worst experience of my life, I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
