I was very anxious getting a storage unit for the first time. Walking into the office at at Extra space in Worcester I was immediately comforted by the manger Tenisha. She made it so easy as walked me through all my options and was honest, upfront and informative. It was a fast experiences but I never felt rushed. I left feeling relieved and even excited to own my own unit in a safe secure place. I highly recommend visiting here and checking it out, the management is amazing and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. 5 stars for sure, I look forwarding to use my unit and visiting the office whenever I need anything.
