Not a very professional trucking company, rude drivers, awful management. I do not recommend using this trucking company for deliveries, there are many better companies that could be used.
Professional and on time! I am impressed, arrived in the window that was given one business day prior to the delivery and the driver made a call giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival. Accommodating; sending a smaller truck with a lift gate make for an easy removal of the shipment. The driver was friendly, professional, courteous and respectful of myself, my property and the shipment that he was unloading. I can't say enough other than thank you!
Ross has been delivering to our company for the 10 years I have been here. Our product is delivered in good condition every time and the drivers are the most friendly and helpful of all the companies that deliver to us. I wish all our suppliers would use them. Keep up the good work.
I have worked at Ross as a Dockworker on 2nd shift for just under a year now. Although its part time, its the best atmosphere ive worked at in a long time. We get things done accurately and on time. Eric is the best Supervisor I have ever worked for and he always gives appreciation everyday for the work that not only I do but all of our Dockworkers. Hope to work here for a long time.
