Great customer service! Everyone from the office staff, measurement and design technician, and install technician were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Had his and hers closets designed and installed using the freedom rail system. A year and a half later we are still loving our closets and happy with the quality of the products. Great overall experience!

I had a great experience with Closet & Storage Systems. The people there are friendly and professional. They worked with us on selecting a shower door we liked. They quickly responded to any communication I had with them. I got several quotes from different companies and they beat them all. The installer did a great job and cleaned up. He also kept a mask on the whole time for Covid precautions. The end result was a shower door we love.

This is the second time I’ve used Closet and Storage Systems of Auburn and I could not be happier. The first was custom closets in our master bedroom and most recently Hunter Douglas blinds throughout the house. Deb is a treasure and I could not have done it without her. From browsing to ordering to installation the entire experience was smooth and professional.

We were looking for a glass door blinds, and Closet & Storage system in Auburn, MA offered a free in-home estimate, they offered few alternatives and work with me to get the best possible quote, affordable price and very high quality product. They did a very good job of working with us. Clearly understood what we were looking for, they explained everything very well, and they were punctual. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Allie got right back to me and scheduled a time to come out to our home to design our new closet. We love the finished product and feel that their prices were reasonable and customer service excellent.
